Although Clermont-Ferrand is a relatively small city, right in the middle of France, it’s an outstanding and attractive university town. Thanks to 35, 000 students one third of the inhabitants are under 20 years old making the night life quite busy! You will find plenty of venues, theme bars and pubs with great party atmosphere.
Café Pascal
Near the Cathedral, with its charming terrace, this is one of the best places to start your evening. It serves Guinness in a musical and sporty atmosphere with a lot of students.

This established Irish Pub has a special party evening once a week and several monthly events featuring traditional acoustic Irish music.
Les Berthom
A pub with a wide range of great homebrewed beers. Those who don’t like beer can choose between cocktails or whiskies. Regular party events every month.

At Café del Sol you can find a bar, restaurant and eat delicious tapas. Every Thursday is salsa night but they have also themed nights. 2 floor and 2 different atmosphere. Open Thursday to Saturday from 20.00-05.00.
B.Box
This nightclub has been open since 2005. Here you can choose to dance in one of the three dance floors, drink a cocktail in of the five bars or relax in so called the “Mezzanine” which offers a cozy atmosphere.
