Local transport runs from about 05:00 to 23:00 hrs, and departure times are clearly posted at all stops. Tickets can be bought from any kiosk selling newspapers, in MZK booking offices or from the driver (from 18:00 until 06:00hrs only).
The tickets are valid for a limited period, either 20, 60 or 120 minutes - timed from when validated in the ticket machine. Note that on both buses and trams, night tickets have a time limit of up to two hours.
